The protected area of the three parallel rivers is located in the northwestern part of Yunnan Province, has the most amazing landscape which was created due to the geological events that happened in the earth’s history. This amazing landscape became the world’s most abundant geological and geomorphological museum. Here, there is a huge collection of humanities, a habitat of more than 16 ethnic minorities which made this area one of the rarest location that one can find multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious beliefs and customs existing harmoniously.
